Quantity discounts are also factored into the unit price. To
see the total invoice amount (cost to you) of any combination of books,
simply enter the desired quantities into column (1), click the total button, and the
amounts will be filled in. To send us an order, click the "order book(s)" button.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Shipping/handling fee for domestic orders is
$4.50 for the first book and $0.90 for each additional book. Orders may be subject
to verification before acceptance.
For single-book orders (quantity = one) we will ship an examination copy. Either you may return the book to us in resellable condition, or you agree to remit the invoice amount within 30 days of shipment; all volume (quantity greater than one) orders and all international orders (shipping address is other than U.S. or Canada) must be prepaid. International orders are shipped by surface post; import/export duties or other expenses incurred by the shipment in transit are the responsibility of the purchaser. |
